Terra: Well guys, today was quite eventful. There were so many learning experiences and deep conversations about bushes and whatnot. Today we added a keyboard and a second pair of headphones to our little studio, which definitely spiced things up a bit! The second headphones came in especially handy because now we can record two people at once if we want. Leah and Terra spent the morning discussing songs, specifically Beats Untitled by Laura Stephenson which they plan to cover soon. Lots of headway was made in understanding the recording software as all three of us recorded a moving rendition of Can You Feel The Love Tonight from The Lion King. After that, Saeed spent some quality time with his guitar and Leah and Terra worked on a new project: Slices Of Palama by Heathers. Unfortunately our recording adventures were cut short due to some unforseen technical difficulties, so a work-in-progress isn't being posted today. Until then we'll be using Audacity, a similar recording program, as a backup.

Update from Leah!!!!!!!!!!!:
I got the Reaper program working again so we are back in business. Also, I uploaded a few works in progress to our SoundCloud account! I will be working in the professional studio tomorrow to lay down tracks for Beets Untitled and possibly some solo work on Aeroplane Over the Sea by Neutral Milk Hotel. The test recording is posted below. Its simple and nice. If I work on it tomorrow I'll post the next version so everyone can see the progress. If you click on our username next to the song title, it will also lead you to Can You Feel the Love Tonight (learning experienceeeeeee) :] The other songs we worked on have weird cracks and breaks and dog barking in the background of the recording that sound icky so I'll wait until we get better versions of them before I post them.
